They are seeking a results-oriented Regional Director of Operations to provide strategic leadership across the full spectrum of operational functions within their Australian region that includes 31 Campuses across 4 States.
 
What You'll Drive
  • Lead a ‘team of leaders’ in the development and implementation of strategic priorities for Operations, IT and Communications that include transport and facilities, WHS, communications, and AU IT requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all operational domains.
  • Champion effective change management across operational areas, including system implementations, process optimisation, and organisational development.
  • Build and nurture a high-performance culture where team members thrive.
  • Drive standardisation and operational efficiency across multiple campuses.
 
What You'll Bring
  • Proven leadership in a senior operations role, ideally within education or a complimenting sector but with solid experience across the areas of Operations, Communications and IT.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex budgets and business plans across these disciplines.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Project management expertise with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking combined with practical execution capabilities.
