Description

Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow strategic relationships with distributors, MSO groups, and P&C banners
- Drive sales growth through joint business planning, promotional execution, and new business opportunities
- Conduct category reviews, customer presentations, and partner visits
- Collaborate with field teams and internal stakeholders to ensure execution excellence
- Manage budgets, trade spend, and ROI on promotional activities
- Leverage market insights and data to identify opportunities and deliver results
- Proven FMCG Account Manager with experience managing distributors, MSO groups, and P&C banners
- Strong knowledge of the petrol & convenience and independent grocery channels
- Commercially minded, results driven, and confident presenting to customers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, flexible, and thrives in a entrepreneurial environment
