Sydney CBD (Hybrid Work Available)
Temporary Contract – 3 Months | Immediate Start
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join a high performing Learning Design and Development team within a well-established, purpose-driven national organisation. This 3 month temporary contract is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and previous experience in the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) space.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update trainer/assessor records
- Conduct student enrolments and file reviews within service level timeframes
- Monitor and maintain professional development and currency records
- Support general RTO administration, including responding to queries
- Document and improve standard operating procedures
- Clean up and maintain trainer directories and compliance trackers
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure training compliance and efficiency
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in an RTO or similar training environment
- Strong administrative and document management skills
- Familiarity with JobReady or other student management systems
- Understanding of ASQA Standards, especially around third-party arrangements
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
Requirements
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- National Police Check (current or willingness to obtain)
