Description 

Lead Product & Sampling Initiatives:
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute marketing programs, campaigns, and sampling strategies that drive product interest and market share.

Go-to-Market Strategy:
Partner with Marketing and BDMs to define product introductions and manage effective, timely local launches with supporting tools and training.

Portfolio & Range Management:
Oversee product lifecycle including campaign execution, training, certifications, and end-of-life transitions.

Competitor & Market Analysis:
Conduct benchmarking and category sales analysis to inform product performance, pricing, and local stocking decisions.

Customer & Sales Support:
Ensure high-level service through timely provision of samples and resources to Architects, Designers, Contractors, and Sales teams.

Residential Channel Development:
Support range transitions, onboarding of distributors, and provide technical and marketing assistance to drive growth.

Sampling & Collateral Management:
Coordinate with Sampling Administrator to maintain local stock and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.

Digital & Website Content:
Work with Digital Marketing to launch and update product assets and maintain accurate online product information.

Global Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with European Product and Marketing teams to access global assets and insights.

Sales Data & ROI Analysis:
Use data to review range performance, support quarterly reviews, and drive transparency around return on investment.



Profile

This role is ideally suited to a dynamic and driven individual with at least three years of product management experience within physical products realted to construction, industrial B2B for residental and commercial ( not tech, platform, app or service products ) . The successful candidate will possess strong execution and organisational skills, excellent communication and confident presentation abilities, and a consultative approach to stakeholder engagement. Experience with SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills will be highly valued, as will the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams in Europe and Asia.
