Accounts Manager – Commercial Flooring (6-Month Contract)
An established and highly respected global supplier within the commercial flooring industry is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role has arisen due to increased project activity and requires someone who can step in quickly, manage existing relationships and drive project opportunities across the region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with flooring industry experience who enjoys working across architects, contractors and commercial projects, while managing an established client base
The Role Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships while identifying and progressing new project opportunities across the commercial market.

Reposibilities:
- Managing and developing relationships with architects, designers, builders and contractors
- Maintaining and growing an existing customer portfolio
- Identifying and driving project opportunities within the commercial flooring market
- Working closely with internal teams including customer service, marketing and operations
- Managing project pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Supporting specification and project conversion activities
- Delivering presentations and product training to clients
- Monitoring market activity, competitor trends and project opportunities
- Experience in the flooring industry (essential)
- Strong relationships within the commercial construction or specification market
- A proven background in account management or project sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to manage projects and relationships autonomously
- Strong commercial awareness and consultative sales skills
