Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturing organisation supporting a range of essential industries across the country.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Recruitment Consultant to join a busy and collaborative talent team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders, delivering a strong candidate experience and working in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.

The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead for ANZ, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles, primarily within blue-collar operations, while supporting some corporate hiring as required.

You will be responsible for:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, logistics and operational roles
  • Advertising roles, screening candidates and managing shortlists
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers across ANZ to understand workforce needs
  • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
  • Delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Managing recruitment processes through Workday ATS
  • Supporting a high-volume portfolio (25–30 roles at any time)
  • Ensuring recruitment processes are consistent, efficient and compliant
About You You are a practical, down-to-earth recruiter who thrives in operational environments and enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders.
You will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting blue-collar roles within manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environments
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A collaborative, approachable style and a good sense of humour
  • Experience using an ATS (Workday experience highly regarded)
This is a hands-on, collaborative team where flexibility and adaptability are key. The successful person will be someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, supporting leaders and navigating changing priorities.
