The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead for ANZ, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles, primarily within blue-collar operations, while supporting some corporate hiring as required.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing, logistics and operational roles
- Advertising roles, screening candidates and managing shortlists
- Partnering closely with hiring managers across ANZ to understand workforce needs
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
- Delivering a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
- Managing recruitment processes through Workday ATS
- Supporting a high-volume portfolio (25–30 roles at any time)
- Ensuring recruitment processes are consistent, efficient and compliant
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience recruiting blue-collar roles within manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environments
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
- Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A collaborative, approachable style and a good sense of humour
- Experience using an ATS (Workday experience highly regarded)
