Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations to deliver on safety, service, and profitability targets
- Oversee field service and technical operations, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards
- Manage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation effectively
- Coach and develop a high-performing sales, service and support team
- Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and customer experience
- Report on branch performance, risks, and growth opportunities
About You
- Proven experience managing a branch, service centre, or technical operation
- Demonstrated P&L management and commercial leadership skills
- Mut have a strong background leading field service teams in an industrial or related sector
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
