Site Quality Manager – High Volume Food Manufacturing (South-West Sydney)
A leading, well-known Australian food manufacturer is seeking a senior Site Quality Manager to lead food safety, quality and compliance across a large, fast-moving, multi-line production facility in South-West Sydney.
This is a hands on leadership role in a complex, high volume environment with 30+ production lines, frequent changeovers, active NPD and continuous process improvement. You will be responsible for ensuring world class food safety, regulatory compliance and quality culture while supporting operations to move fast and get it right.

You will be responsible for ensuring world class food safety, regulatory compliance and quality culture while supporting operations to move fast and get it right.
What you’ll be accountable for
- Owning site-wide food safety and quality systems (BRC, HACCP, customer and regulatory standards)
- Leading external and customer audits to the highest possible standard
- Driving GMP, hygiene, allergen and environmental controls across a high-risk site
- Managing traceability, recalls, complaints, CAPA and RCA
- Partnering with Operations, NPD and Supply Chain in a high-change manufacturing environment
- Building and leading a strong site quality team and food safety culture
- Ensuring compliance with FSANZ, FDA, UK and Canadian regulations

You must have:
- A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Science or a closely related discipline
- Many years xperience in a food manufacturing environment
- Senior-level experience running site wide quality systems (BRC, HACCP, GFSI-aligned standards)
- Experience working in a large, multi-line, high volume factory with frequent changeovers
- Strong knowledge of FSANZ, HACCP and export regulationswould help
- Proven experience leading site audits, recalls, complaints and corrective actions
