Client:

Our client, a well-established institution known for its excellence, inclusion, and commitment to people development, is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner  to support a growing client group of 239 FTE and deliver key P&C projects across the organisation.

This is a critical, hands-on role where you will work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategic workforce initiatives, and champion DEI outcomes within a supportive and high-trust culture.

About the Role:
Working alongside an exceptional team and reporting into a fantastic HR Director, you will:
  • Partner with leaders to deliver high-quality, strategic HR support
  • Drive and support projects across the P&C portfolio, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and culture initiatives
  • Lead and embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion best practice across your portfolio
  • Be a trusted advisor and sounding board to managers navigating complex people issues
Successful candidate: 

The successful applicant will have strong influencing skills and the ability to engage, credibly, all levels of the organisation.
  • 3-5 years experience as a P&C Business Partner in a complex environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, warm, composed, and persuasive
  • Demonstrated knowledge or passion for DEI and inclusive practices
  • A proactive, outcomes-focused approach and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • High levels of discretion, emotional intelligence, and follow-through
