This is a critical, hands-on role where you will work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategic workforce initiatives, and champion DEI outcomes within a supportive and high-trust culture.
About the Role:
Working alongside an exceptional team and reporting into a fantastic HR Director, you will:
- Partner with leaders to deliver high-quality, strategic HR support
- Drive and support projects across the P&C portfolio, including workforce planning, employee engagement, and culture initiatives
- Lead and embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion best practice across your portfolio
- Be a trusted advisor and sounding board to managers navigating complex people issues
The successful applicant will have strong influencing skills and the ability to engage, credibly, all levels of the organisation.
- 3-5 years experience as a P&C Business Partner in a complex environment
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, warm, composed, and persuasive
- Demonstrated knowledge or passion for DEI and inclusive practices
- A proactive, outcomes-focused approach and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- High levels of discretion, emotional intelligence, and follow-through
- A key strategic role supporting 239 FTE and leading meaningful P&C initiatives
