  • If you’re ready to join a firm where your growth is a priority, we’re seeking a talented and driven Associate to join the Debt Capital Markets team, working directly with two of Australia’s most respected finance lawyers.

About the Role
 
You’ll work alongside seasoned finance partners highly experienced in advising Australian and international lenders, private credit providers and borrowers across:
  • Corporate finance
  • Acquisition finance
  • Real estate and construction finance
  • General banking & finance
 
Recent matters include:
  • $270M+ syndicated construction and land acquisition facilities across NSW, VIC, and QLD
  • Corporate acquisition finance across multiple asset classes with deal values from $50m-250m
  • Strategic advisory for property developers with funding from PAG, Metrics, MA Financial, and others
 
What we’re looking for
  • 2–5 years post-admission experience from a well regarded finance practice
  • Solid academics
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset
