Content Creation
You will have proven expertise in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and are proficient in digital marketing platforms. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel—including VLOOKUP and pivot tables would be desirable as well as experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools. You will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in product data management and data handling.

Description
Content Creation
- Manage showroom styling and product presentation to ensure alignment with brand standards and customer expectations
- Assist with content creation using our custom-built photo studio, producing engaging digital and print assets
- Create and edit short-form video content using Clipchamp or similar platforms
- Manage LinkedIn presence including content scheduling, community management, and engagement tracking
- Develop marketing collateral and materials for customer presentations, events, and tender submissions
- Maintain and update all marketing product data within HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Manage product descriptions, specification sheets, and relevant information for marketing alignment
- Handle ad-hoc product information requests, including tender support and customer website submissions
- Maintain product governance structure, ensuring all product codes are current and accurately reflected
- Collaborate with offshore suppliers to validate and update product data across all marketing touchpoints
- Act as liaison in New Product Development process, obtaining and integrating marketing data post-purchase
- Support marketing automation and campaigns through effective CRM platform management
- Assist with SEO requirements and content optimisation initiatives
- Monitor and track digital marketing performance metrics
- Provide technical support using AI tools and advanced Excel functions including V-lookup and pivot tables
- Coordinate delivery of high-quality marketing materials for customer presentations and sales activities
- Support Sales Team with rapid response to customer information requests and tender submissions
- Provide sales teams with up-to-date product data, specifications, and marketing collateral
- Assist in developing customer segmentation strategies within HubSpot to optimise sales targeting
- Bridge communication between Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on customer engagement strategies
- Support National Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives and business growth plans
- Provide analysis and insights from CRM data to inform marketing and sales decision-making
- Assist with go-to-market strategy implementation and product launch coordination
- Support thought leadership content development and brand positioning initiatives
