The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Legal Administrator to join a highly regarded firm within their Sydney office.
In this hands-on role, fast-paced, you will bring outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, and support a wider team across a range of administrational duties including:
- Providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership across calendar management, client correspondence, travel arranging and document preparation and production
- Managing invoicing, accounts, and compliance with external relevant third-parties
- Organising and coordinating internal events and team meetins, external client functions, and team-building days
- Supporting with the onboarding of new staff, staff inductions and other duties related to new starters
- Overseeing office facilities, resources, and workflows to ensure smooth daily operations

The successful candidate:
You are an experienced administration professional, with a minimum of three years experience from either legal or professional services. We are open to discussing this role further with candidates who hold the below experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience working in an administration role in either legal or professional services
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- High-level communication skills
- High-level discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
