Key Responsibilities
- Manage a broad portfolio of clients, from small businesses through to mid-size firms.
- Engage directly with clients across industries, delivering end-to-end accounting and advisory services.
- Handle a mix of compliance work (individual tax returns, commercial reporting) and value-add advisory.
- Work as part of a flat-structured team, collaborating with juniors, seniors, and partners.
- Support clients using diverse systems (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, and others), adapting to their individual needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business services accounting.
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification (study support provided).
- Excellent client engagement skills.
- Adaptable and collaborative, with a positive attitude and strong cultural fit.
