The company
Our client is a renowned and well-respected organisation within their field who are currently in an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a customer service professional to join their friendly and supportive team.
The core focus of this role is to provide both internal and external customers with the highest level of customer service and support.
The role
• Managing enquiries from both internal and external customers through a range of channels.
• Processing incoming orders for customers according to specific requirements, including orders, inventory requests, deliveries and returns.
• Providing high level service and responsiveness when supporting with product availability enquiries, pricing and invoicing requests and any disputes as necessary.
• Maintaining documentation to a high standard in accordance with quality and financial audit requirements.
• Working in adherence to quality and compliance processes and ensuring all information is documented correctly.
The ideal candidate
• Must have previous experience working in a customer service role
• Previous experience using MS Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Fantastic communication skills - written and verbal
