Duties
- Lead category and sales performance: range, pricing, promotions, and execution
• Deliver trade marketing initiatives (POS, merchandising, displays) to support sales growth
• Analyse shopper behaviour, trends, and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities
• Partner with sales, category, and commercial teams to drive customer and business performance
• Contribute to sales strategy and identify new category growth opportunities
Skills & experience
- 5+ years FMCG Category Management with Health, Beauty, or Personal Care experience
• Proven track record driving sales growth and commercial results
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of shopper behaviour
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast changing, sales driven environment
