Temp Payroll Data Analyst 

Support the payroll claim process for a major contract by validating, classifying, and matching timesheet and shift data using advanced Excel techniques. This critical temp role improves cash flow and supports revenue collection through effective documentation and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with contract management, operations, and external client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assimilate and review complex payroll files and ensure alignment with required formats for client claims.
• Collate supporting documents, shift logs, and timesheets from multiple internal sources, developing efficient classification and matching methods.
• Liaise and build rapport with clerical and management personnel at the client organisation to facilitate data validation.
• Maximise cash collection and retention revenue via diligent data reconciliation and report preparation.
• Integrate effectively with contract management and operations teams to support ongoing payroll documentation needs.
• Apply commercial acumen to identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll claims and support continuous process improvement.
• Utilise high-level Excel skills for analysis, dashboard/report building, and technical data manipulation
