Campaign Marketing Specialist – Contract Opportunity (2–3 Months)
Location: Sydney CBD (Hybrid – Office Wednesdays & Thursdays)

Are you an experienced Campaign Marketing Specialist with a passion for delivering impactful fundraising campaigns? We're seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join a dynamic Sydney-based marketing team on a short-term contract through to December, supporting the delivery of a major end-of-year campaign.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in executing multi-channel campaigns during a critical fundraising period, working with a passionate and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of direct mail fundraising campaigns, including segmentation and coordination with mail houses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign package requirements and work closely with creative teams on assets and messaging
- Draft and refine marketing copy for various campaign elements
- Partner with the digital team on EDMs, file management, and broader digital integration
- Contribute to the overall channel strategy including EDM, SMS, and digital outreach
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and to a high standard, managing proofing and quality control throughout
- Minimum 5 years' experience in campaign or direct marketing, ideally within fundraising or NFP environments
- Strong background in direct mail, including mail house coordination and audience segmentation
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns (EDMs, SMS, digital)
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in proofing and final checks
- Able to hit the ground running and work both independently and collaboratively
- Immediate start
- Approximate duration: 2–3 months (until December)
- Hybrid working: Wednesdays and Thursdays in the Sydney office
- Reporting to senior stakeholders based in Melbourne; working closely with the Sydney marketing team
