You will be a relationship focused professional with a strong background (ideally in sales technical or capital equipment), who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You will be responsible for managing some existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to a wide range of clients including councils, civil contractors, hire companies, and mining operations. This is a full-cycle sales role combining field-based selling, account management, and aftermarket parts support.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a sales territory spanning WA and Northern Territory with a high degree of autonomy
- Drive capital equipment sales and parts sales
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including councils, contractors, and fleet managers
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers
- Measurable deliverables
- Conduct site visits, product presentations, and field demonstrations as required
- Respond to tenders and prepare proposals in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain CRM records and report on sales pipeline and activity
- Represent at industry events, field days, and trade expos
- Conduct product handovers and training
About You
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Proven negotiation skills with experience estimating / quoting
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Collaborative approach to teamwork
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable with regional travel (2–3 days per week)

- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
