You will ideally come from a NFP or for purpose background and pair your marketing experience with excellent influencing, communication and interpersonal skills. Significant leadership skills and having supported a team through growth and change will be key.

Description
- Substantial senior leadership managing teams through growth and change.
- Research, issues management, producing high-quality publications, event management
- Deliver Brand and Marketing Strategy and embed a clear, confident, and connected voice across all channels.
- Champion purpose and values internally and externally, building trust and influence across colleagues, customers, and communities.
- Strengthen visibility and credibility through values-led storytelling and creative brand experiences.
- Contribute to advocacy efforts, amplifying customer stories to help shape policy conversations.
- Lead proactive reputation management and crisis communication planning.
- Build strategic relationships with government, industry bodies, and sector partners to advance mission.
- Lead internal communications and partner with People and Culture to activate EVP embedding brand into the employee experience.
- Ensure digital presence is inclusive, innovative, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Champion new technologies and creative approaches to storytelling and engagement.
- Use analytics and insights to measure impact, track brand health, and inform continuous improvement.
- Oversee integrated campaigns and strategic events that connect vision to impact.
- Manage Brand and Marketing budget and external partnerships to deliver strategic outcomes and ROI.
