Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board to senior executives, enabling confident, informed decision-making
- Balance and prioritise competing demands across two C-suite portfolios with foresight and precision
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring strong governance, risk management and delivery
- Build trusted relationships across the organisation and external partners, representing executives with credibility
- Craft high-quality executive-level communications, briefings, reports and presentations
- Drive operational excellence, overseeing complex diaries, travel, inboxes and financial processes
- Champion digital innovation, AI and automation to enhance productivity and executive effectiveness

The successful candidate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or a related discipline
- Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives in a senior, strategic support or business partner role
- A strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of governance, risk and organisational drivers
- Exceptional communication skills: confident influencing, challenging and advising at executive level
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, with a passion for AI-enabled efficiency
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgement and the confidence to operate autonomously
