You have exceptional communication and know what best practise looks like. We are looking for someone to drive brand awareness and drive category market share across all channels most importantly trade channels.

They are offering an opportunity to be a part of their success to a B2B Marketing Manager who will be the conduit between Marketing, Category and Sales.
The role is responsible for driving commercial growth through effective trade marketing, category activation, and brand execution across B2B channels.
The Role
- Translate category strategy into compelling trade propositions
- Develop sales enablement tools: pitch decks, flyers, battle cards, talking points
- Own trade campaign roll-out across all channels
- Championing the brand through all elements of external and internal communications to drive greater awareness with our targeted B2B Customer
- Building brand awareness and engagement through all customer touch points
- Leading in the development of a ‘customer first’ approach
- Collaboration with Category marketing to develop and execute campaigns in line with the marketing calendar
- Manage the briefing and execution (with support of Agency and Category Marketing Specialist) for Catalogues, Brochures, Case studies, Blogs and Signage
- Custodian of the Marketing Calendar and ensuring timely delivery of agreed campaigns
- In collaboration with the category team you will be responsible for the briefing and execution of category campaigns, across digital, social, EDM’s, offline & online events, print, sponsorships, digital media, online publications, and key opinion leaders.
- Development and execution of branded promotional campaigns and activation's
- Support Digital & Data team and develop best practice content to support SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and achieve registered customer database growth.
- Responsible for setting brand KPI’s and providing consistent reporting post campaign presentations
- Implement effective monthly sales promotional campaigns, with ROI achieved within targets.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign marketing performance metrics.
- Manage specific campaign budgets, and proactively identify and control Marketing, Digital & Data OPEX budget and ROI .
- Identify and recommend alternative spend allocations for brand and category activity to optimise ROI.
