You will partner with senior leaders and People & Culture teams to design and implement workforce strategies, optimising organisational structures, capability, and role design to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organisational design initiatives, including structure reviews, role design, and workforce capability alignment.
  • Develop and implement workforce strategies that support business objectives and enable future growth.
  • Analyse workforce data, trends, and future capability requirements to inform organisational design decisions.
  • Manage workforce transition programs, including role changes, redeployment, and rationalisation where required.
  • Implement change management strategies to support adoption of new organisational structures and workforce initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on organisational design and workforce transformation outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with legal, industrial, and organisational policies.

Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in organisational design, workforce planning, or large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse workforce data to inform strategic design decisions.
  • Expertise in change management and workforce transition programs.
  • Future-focused mindset with a passion for enabling people and organisational success.
  • High resilience, emotional intelligence, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, commercially-focused approach
