Key Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise and business-unit organisational design initiatives, including operating model reviews, structural redesign, spans and layers analysis, and role clarity.

  • Partner with senior leaders to guide complex structural decisions, trade-offs, and change impacts.
  • Lead workforce transition activities associated with organisational redesign, including role changes, redeployment, and rationalisation where required.
  • Apply structured change management approaches to support leaders and employees through organisational change.
  • Define and track organisational design success measures, reporting insights and outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Ensure all organisational design and workforce initiatives comply with legal, industrial, and organisational frameworks.

  • Strong grounding in organisational design methodologies and principles, with the ability to apply them pragmatically in complex environments.
  • Experience translating strategy and capability requirements into effective organisational structures.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with confidence working directly with senior executives.
  • Strong analytical capability, including workforce data interpretation and scenario modelling.
