Business Development Manager – Premium Global Brand

This isn’t a “numbers on a spreadsheet” sales job. You’ll be the commercial partner to an exclusive dealer network, working with business owners and showroom managers to lift performance, grow share in high-margin products, and drive smart sales initiatives.

What you’ll be doing day to day

- Manage an established NSW dealer network
- New bonus model – earn up to 50% of base salary
- Pathway into a national leadership role within 2–3 years

What you’ll be doing day to day
- Partner with premium dealers & showrooms across NSW
- Use sales data & market insights to uncover growth opportunities
- Coach business owners & sales teams to improve results
- Influence product mix, pricing, and showroom strategy
- Provide leadership with intel on market trends & competitors
- B2B Business Development experience (dealer, retail, channel or distribution networks)
- Commercially sharp – confident with data, reports & performance metrics
- Skilled influencer – from coaching sales reps through to boardroom discussions
- Background in interiors, building products, home improvement, or premium consumer goods a plus
- Competitive base + fully maintained vehicle
- Bonus potential up to 50% of base
- Flexibility: mix of field, office, WFH & Sydney meetings
