Business Development Manager – Premium Global Brand

What you’ll be doing day to day
  • Partner with premium dealers & showrooms across NSW
  • Use sales data & market insights to uncover growth opportunities
  • Coach business owners & sales teams to improve results
  • Influence product mix, pricing, and showroom strategy
  • Provide leadership with intel on market trends & competitors
What we’re looking for
  • B2B Business Development experience (dealer, retail, channel or distribution networks)
  • Commercially sharp – confident with data, reports & performance metrics
  • Skilled influencer – from coaching sales reps through to boardroom discussions
  • Background in interiors, building products, home improvement, or premium consumer goods a plus
