Client Details
Our client is a global leader, known for combining innovation, design, and quality to elevate homes across Australia. They work through a network of exclusive dealers and showrooms, with strong brand recognition in the market.
They are seeking a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of a key NSW territory. This is not a door-knocking or cold-calling role the dealer base is established but we’re looking for someone who can drive performance, influence outcomes, and leverage data to unlock growth.

You’ll be backed by strong leadership, a high-impact bonus structure, and the chance to grow into a national leadership role within 2–3 years.

Description
  • Partner with an existing network of premium dealers and showrooms across NSW
  • Use data and sales reports to identify growth opportunities and improve dealer performance
  • Coach and influence business owners to increase share of high-margin products (e.g. motorisation, custom curtain solutions)
  • Present product plans, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns and showroom enhancements
  • Build strong commercial relationships with key partners to improve revenue and margin
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership around market shifts, trends, and competitor activity
  • Align to a newly redesigned KPI-driven bonus structure (not just based on sales volume)
Profile
  • Strong background in B2B Business Development, ideally through dealer, retail, or channel networks
  • Commercially minded you’re comfortable with data, strategy, and performance metrics
  • Skilled in influencing and coaching from sales reps to business owners
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and excited by the chance to grow a premium product portfolio
  • Industry background in interiors, home improvement, building products or premium consumer goods a plus
