  • Resident Satisfaction: Ensure residents’ needs are met, ensuring the building remains functional and safe for all.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on maintenance skills in carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and coordinate small teams, such as a handyman, and oversee contractors.
  • Physical Capability: Must be physically able to perform manual work and oversee maintenance tasks.
  • Asset Management: Experience in overseeing the maintenance lifecycle and working with asset management systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex, dynamic environments (such as a building site) and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Experience: Previous facilities management experience, ideally in residential or campus settings.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal teams, contractors, and engage with residents.
  • Vision for Growth: Preparedness to oversee the transition to a new building and manage its operations effectively.
Benefits:
