The Opportunity
 
They are seeking a hungry, tenacious Business Development Executive to join our team in Sydney. This role will build pipeline, convert opportunities and represent the business across multiple channels.
 
This is not a typical corporate sales role. You’ll enjoy autonomy, commercial responsibility, and a clear line of sight between results and reward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
    • Convert marketing-generated leads and drive outbound activity
    • Engage SMEs, founders, boards and C-level stakeholders
    • Identify, scope and propose solutions across multiple service lines
    • Attend meetings, events and networking opportunities
    • Collaborate with internal specialists to scope, quote and close deals
    • Track activity, pipeline and conversion rates through reporting
    • Represent the business with professionalism and drive
 
What You Will Bring
  • 2–6 years’ experience in B2B sales, BD or account management in a similar industry
    • Hunter mentality with a track record of new revenue generation
    • Ability to quickly understand service-based value propositions
    • Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts
    • Highly organised, proactive and outcome-driven
    • Comfortable working autonomously and at pace
    • Existing network is advantageous
  • Must have full Australian work rights
