About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join a respected national professional services firm with a reputation for combining technical excellence with a genuinely approachable culture.
Working closely with Business Development Managers, you will support the delivery of client, practice group, and industry strategies. This role offers variety across business development, light marketing activities, and event coordination making it ideal for someone with legal or professional services experience who enjoys working on diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client account management
  • Assist with tenders, proposals, and credentials in collaboration with senior lawyers and partners
  • Coordinate and deliver client, practice, and firm-wide events
  • Provide light marketing support, including BD email campaigns, social media posts, and content coordination
  • Support client research, industry reporting, and CRM updates
  • Assist with sponsorships, partnerships, and internal communications initiatives
  • Contribute to legal directory submissions and client listening initiatives
About You
  • Some experience in business development, account management, or a related role within legal or professional services (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Events experience highly regarded
  • Proactive and collaborative working style
