Our client is a high-growth Australian research and advisory business that partners with senior technology and business leaders across ANZ. Their mission is to help executives make faster, more confident decisions through locally sourced data, benchmarking, and peer engagement.

With a strong presence across enterprise events, advisory services, and executive networks, they are now looking for a Client Services Manager (or Account Executive) to join their Sydney-based team. This is a strategic, consultative role focused on enabling long-term success for a portfolio of engaged enterprise clients.
 
Description
In this key position, you will work closely with C-level executives to ensure they’re achieving maximum value from the organisation’s research and advisory services. Many of your accounts will already have a warm relationship with the business through executive roundtables, data briefings, or event participation.

You’ll act as a strategic partner  helping clients align internal priorities with insights, guiding them through best practices, and proactively identifying additional ways to support their business goals. This is a role for someone who thrives on relationships, commercial conversations, and long-term client impact.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise clients across ANZ
    • Consult with C-level stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and value delivery
    • Identify new business opportunities and support account expansion
    • Collaborate internally with research, advisory, and event teams to tailor client engagement
    • Conduct regular check-ins, value reviews, and solution planning sessions
    • Own onboarding and account transitions from sales through to delivery
    • Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and renewal outcomes
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting
 
About You
  • 2+ years in a client-facing role — Account Executive, Customer Success, or Client Services
    • Confident communicator with experience engaging senior decision-makers
    • Commercially savvy with strong relationship management skills
    • Consultative, strategic, and able to tailor conversations to different industries
    • Comfortable working with a premium, insight-led offering
    • Positive, proactive, and motivated by client outcomes
    • Experience in tech, SaaS, advisory, or professional services is desirable
