Wholesale Sales Manager – Lead & Grow FMCG Accounts
This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll combine strategic account management, new business development, and team coaching to drive performance and service excellence. You’ll lead a small team based in Prestons, with full ownership of your territory and responsibility for achieving sales and margin targets.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of wholesale distribution customers
- Develop and implement account and territory strategies to hit sales and margin targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 to ensure top-notch field execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer outcomes
- Represent the business at trade events, sales meetings, and presentations
- Proven FMCG wholesale/distribution sales experience
- Leadership or mentoring experience (formal or informal)
- Strong track record in achieving commercial results
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident working autonomously
- Current Australian driver’s licence
