Client Details
My client is a non-bank lender experiencing high-growth due to their expansion in product offerings.
They are seeking an experienced and high calibre Treasury Operations Manager to drive the day to day management of Treasury Operations and Reporting across multiple warehouses, including drawdowns, portfolio parameter management, investor distributions, reporting and Treasury Transformation Projects whilst leading a small team.

Description
Your responsibilities include:
• Perform day to day management of treasury operations to meet the funding and reporting requirements of the business
• Manage funding vehicles across RMBS, ABS and CMBS
• Manage a small team of direct reports
• Manage external relationships with funders, rating agencies and Trustee
• Identify, build and implement processes, procedures, controls and efficiencies

Profile
The successful candidate must have:
• 5+ years of experience in Treasury Operations and Securitisation with strong understanding of structuring and documentation
• Prior experience with RMBS, CMBS or ABS
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build high performing teams and motivate and engage staff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and appropriate tailoring to the audience with ability to contribute towards management and Board presentations and papers
• Good judgement, business acumen and dealing with ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and manage stakeholder engagement and expectations
• Demonstrated ability to be in the detail and be hands on

Job Offer
The salary on offer is $150k to $180k base + super + bonus.
