Technical Business Analyst

The roles will encompass the following requirements:

• Analyse business problems and development solutions

• Build relationships and consult with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver to their requirements

• Facilitate high level planning and execution of business initiatives

• Test products within the development life cycle to ensure the quality of the product, and the anticipated value of that product is delivered

• Identify & take ownership of initiatives end to end, collaborating efficiently and directly with key stakeholders;

• Assist the business during transition and change activities by being on the ground to highlight potential issues and work with them to resolve these

• Gather, validate and document detailed business requirements;

• Drive, monitor and track progress of allocated initiatives and projects;

• Lead problem solving workshops and formulate business cases and proposals.

Ideally your background will cover the following:

• Demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst role 

• Hands-on experience across the entire project lifecycle including requirements analysis and gathering, technical design and implementation, system testing, documentation, maintenance, and handover support.

• Demonstrated experience to work and build relationships with a wide range of customers and stakeholders

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate business needs and requirements
