The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles, with a strong focus on high-volume projects
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned to organisational and project goals
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding and anticipating hiring needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers to provide expert recruitment advice and market insights
- Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with compliance, governance, and organisational policies
- Stay informed on market trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes and delivery
About You
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a corporate or commercial environment
- Demonstrated success recruiting across high-volume, fast-paced internal environments
- Comfortable managing up to 30 roles concurrently
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at a senior level
- Strong stakeholder management capability with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Full working rights in Australia (working holiday visas cannot be considered for this role)
- Available to work continuously through 6 months, with no pre-booked leave
