A fast growing, private equity backed advisory and professional services firm is expanding its Growth team in Sydney and is seeking an experienced B2B Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition across multiple advisory service lines.

This role suits a commercially minded seller who understands how to sell complex, non-product services to founders, SMEs, and senior decision makers. If you thrive in autonomous environments, enjoy consultative selling, and want clear visibility between performance and reward, this opportunity offers long term upside.

The Opportunity You will own the end to end business development process, partnering closely with senior advisors to convert opportunities into long term client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and managing a robust new business pipeline
  • Converting inbound leads and executing targeted outbound activity
  • Engaging founders, CFOs, CEOs, and boards in value led sales conversations
  • Scoping client needs and proposing multi-service advisory solutions
  • Managing pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting
  • Attending meetings, events, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal specialists to close and onboard new clients
About You You are a credible B2B sales professional with experience selling advisory or professional services 

You will ideally bring:
  • 2+ years’ experience in B2B business development or sales
  • Background in accounting, business advisory, corporate services, consulting, tax, or financial advisory
  • Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated new revenue generation
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Commercially astute, organised, and outcome driven
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced growth environment
  • Existing industry relationships or referral networks (highly regarded)
  • Full Australian work rights
