3-Month Contract | Immediate Start

With teams spanning operations, warehousing, procurement, sales, and customer support, the business is driven by a culture of pace, accountability, and continuous improvement.
As the organisation continues to enhance and stabilise its procurement processes during a key systems phase, multiple contract opportunities are now available for Purchasing Officers / Administrators to support the purchasing function.
The Opportunity
We are seeking three experienced Purchasing Officer / Administrators to join the team on an initial 3-month contract. These roles will provide critical hands-on support across purchase order processing and general purchasing administration, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and system compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, process, and maintain purchase orders in SAP with a high level of accuracy
- Provide general purchasing and procurement administrative support
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve PO queries and discrepancies
- Ensure purchasing data is maintained accurately and in line with internal controls
- Support the purchasing team during a period of increased workload and system activity
- Assist with ad-hoc procurement and administrative tasks as required
About You
- Proven experience in a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Administrator, or Procurement Support role
- Hands-on SAP experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work
- Well organised, reliable, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with a team-focused approach
- Available to commit to an initial 3-month contract
