Are you a driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments? We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading retail organisation on a 6-month contract, supporting end-to-end recruitment and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
What you’ll do:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source top talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and guide hiring decisions.
• Enhance the candidate experience and ensure smooth processes.
• Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in high-volume or retail recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation.
