Client Details
My client is a leading Financial Services organisation embarking on massive growth.
They are seeking a high-calibre Senior Treasury Analyst with securitisation experience to join the Treasury team in this highly analytical and reporting focused role.
 
Description
You will be responsible for managing the liquidity, funding and securitisation portfolio including the ongongoing reporting requirements of the securitisation funding vehicles.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Treasury Analyst with 2+ years of securitisation and reporting experience.
You will work with securitisation structures, warehouse management, cashflow management and reporting and funding requirements. 
In this role, you will have visibility of the overall business & products. You will also have the opportunity to business partner with senior stakeholders across the business and collaborate across teams as well as liaise with external parties including rating agencies and banks.

Responsibilities include:
  • Day to day management of the Group’s ABS and RMBS Securitisation Programmes, including ensuring facilities operate efficiently with timely and accurate reporting
  • Work with Structured Finance documentation and funding structures
  • Develop funding models, internal and external reporting
  • Analyse and provide insight on funding vehicles, performance trends and upcoming challenges
  • Interpreting legal documentation to cross reference against waterfalls
  • Execution of funding activities to ensure new assets are funded efficiently to ensure timely cashflow management
  • Working constructively with IT and BI to drive improvements/changes required to strengthen reporting and data
  • Focused on strong governance and the implementation and documentation of robust reporting processes
  • Assisting on ad hoc projects, including broader treasury, and funding activities
  • Liaise with external counterparties including banks, rating agencies and trustee

Profile
To be successful, you must have:
  • 3+ years experience within securitisation and reporting
  • 3+ years experience with structured finance, investor reporting, warehouse management, legal documentation interpretation and cashflow waterfalls, pool cuts and triggers
  • 3+ years experience in data analysis / interpretation / model manipulation 
  • Experience within a non-bank lender will be highly advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, complex formulas, VBA)
