- Initial 6-month contract role and must be available for the next 6 months with no pre-booked leave

Opportunity:
An interesting and unique assignment, a growing team that sits within a leading organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support with high volume requisitions across various projects.
This role will involve a wide range of work across end-to-end recruitment, project management, compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with senior level stakeholders.
A snapshot of the role:
- Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles, with a focus on high volume projects.
- Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire senior talent, aligning with organizational goals.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to understand senior hiring needs
- Staying updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to remain competitive
The successful candidate:
You are an experienced Talent Acquistion professional, with a background recruiting across high volume projects. We are open to discussing this role further with candidates who hold the below experience:
- Previous experience working in Talent Acquistion (ideally within a corporate/commercial environment) with experience recruiting within a fast-paced, fast moving internal envrionement.
- Previous experience working up to 30 roles at any given time
- High-level communication skills
- High-level stakeholder management skills
- Full working working rights in Australia - unfortunately for this role we cannot consider those on working holiday visas.
- Available to work all the way through until around May 2026
