The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join their long-standing corporate team. 

In this hands-on role, you will bring outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills, and support the team across a range of administrational duties including: 

  • Opening and closing of files and matters
  • Handling billing matters and managing allocation and billing of various disbursements
  • File maintenance
  • Document management and editing 
  • Meeting coordination 
  • Liaising with clients and other relevant stakeholders regarding case matters 
  • Preparation of correspondence and various commercial documents
  • Excel spreadsheet management
  • PowerPoint presentation management

The successful candidate:
You are an experienced Legal Assistant with previous experience working within a law firm. We are open to discussing this role further with candidates who hold the below experience: 

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years experience working in a law firm
  • Students currently studying law are welcome to apply for this role, given they are available to work 5 days per week and have previous exprience working in a law firm
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills 
  • High-level communication skills 
  • High-level discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
