Talent Acquisition Specialist – 6-Month Contract
Immediate Start | Hybrid (3 Days in Office)
Are you an energetic, solutions-focused recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? A leading retail organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract, playing a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment and delivering standout candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding
• Partner closely with hiring managers to shape attraction and hiring strategies
• Proactively source talent through job boards, social platforms and networks
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and support decision-making
• Champion a seamless, positive candidate journey
• Leverage recruitment data to optimise and improve hiring outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume and/or retail recruitment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confident user of ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation
