We’re looking for a capable Administration & Resources Officer to join our Operations Support team on a 6-month contract.
In this role, you’ll assist a high-volume service function by coordinating onboarding documentation, preparing contracts, and maintaining accurate employee information within our internal systems.

We’re looking for a capable Administration & Resources Officer to join our Operations Support team on a 6-month contract.
In this role, you’ll assist a high-volume service function by coordinating onboarding documentation, preparing contracts, and maintaining accurate employee information within our internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and supporting internal staff movements
- Maintain and update employee and contractor records in internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Respond to general enquiries from employees and managers, providing timely, clear, and reliable information
- Support the Operations Team to deliver consistent and efficient administrative services across the employee lifecycle
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with various operational tasks as required
- Ensure all activities align with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant compliance requirements
- Experience in an Administration, Resources, or Coordination role within a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a shared services or high-volume support function with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using digital systems and databases (experience with HRIS or SuccessFactors is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Demonstrates strong administrative capability, effectively balancing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
