This Brisbane based role manages channel partners across Brisbane and Perth, driving growth through strategic partner alignment within the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors. Description
You will be responsible for:
- Growing revenue through assigned channel partners
- Acting as the primary point of contact for partners in QLD & WA
- Building and executing annual partner business plans
- Leading quarterly business reviews and performance analysis
- Supporting enterprise sales engagements where required
- Driving subscription/ARR growth through partner-led sales
- Identifying capability gaps and implementing development plans
- Ensuring partner compliance with programs, policies and certifications
Profile
What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ experience in chanel maangament enterprise software sales
- Strong IT channel experience (VAR / reseller management essential)
- Experience selling into Oil & Gas, Mining or heavy industrial sectors
- Proven ability to drive partner-led revenue growth
- Commercially strong with subscription/ARR exposure
- Highly autonomous and comfortable operating with overseas leadership
- Full Australian working rights (no relocation available)
- Own a high potential QLD & WA territory
- Work with established industrial channel partners
