The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing and collaborative team in their Sydney CBD office. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role providing high-level administrative support across a range of responsibilities, including:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings for senior leadership
- Organising travel and managing associated client arrangements
- Liaising with clients as required, including event coordination and meeting bookings
- Formatting, editing, and compiling documents of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to the internal style guide
- Opening and closing matters and preparing draft engagement documentation
- Managing and reconciling corporate credit cards
- Providing ad hoc support to Directors, enhancing their overall effectiveness and workflow
- Assisting with front-of-house duties to ensure a seamless client experience
You will demonstrate:
- Proven EA experience within a professional services setting
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to high-quality work
- A strong client service mindset and the ability to navigate competing priorities
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities, including confidence when interacting with clients
- A high level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in adopting new technology
