The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-performing and collaborative team in their Sydney CBD office. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role providing high-level administrative support across a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings for senior leadership
  • Organising travel and managing associated client arrangements
  • Liaising with clients as required, including event coordination and meeting bookings
  • Formatting, editing, and compiling documents of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to the internal style guide
  • Opening and closing matters and preparing draft engagement documentation
  • Managing and reconciling corporate credit cards
  • Providing ad hoc support to Directors, enhancing their overall effectiveness and workflow
  • Assisting with front-of-house duties to ensure a seamless client experience

About You You are an experienced EA who thrives in a professional services environment and understands the importance of discretion, communication, and proactive support. You bring both the technical capability and emotional intelligence required to excel in this role.

You will demonstrate:

  • Proven EA experience within a professional services setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to high-quality work
  • A strong client service mindset and the ability to navigate competing priorities
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional communication abilities, including confidence when interacting with clients
  • A high level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in adopting new technology
