Senior Project Manager

We are working with a well known healthcare provider who are embarking on a large digital transformation across their entire operations. The environment is very much "Greenfields" with the opportunity to get into a large program of work at the very beginning where you can influence decision making on selected systems, processes, vendors and the pathway ahead. The Digital Transformation program is far reaching and complex with the adoption of new technologies and systems across their entire Infrastructure and operations including the adoption of Cloud technologies.  This role is critical to their journey and is responsible for leading projects within Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery and Identity and Access Management.

This is not your everyday Project Management role and would require someone with extensive large scale transformational experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager.

Key skills required:
Consult appropriate IT and Business stakeholders to define and agree prioritised projects to remediate critical existing issues in Infrastructure, Identity Access Management and Disaster Recovery.
Complete and approve Business Cases for projects not yet funded within the Digital Transformation Program 
Define scope and schedule resources and costs required to deliver the agreed outcomes, and execute delivery to completion.
Establish suitable Project Management Controls and Stakeholder Governance to ensure successful delivery of the projects 
Interact with vendors and manage vendor deliverables, where relevant;
Ensure suitable focus and resourcing is applied to all changes to People, Process and Technologies to ensure a smooth transition is achieved and sustainable operations and support ongoing. 
Ensure a robust enterprise support model is established and embedded.
 
Previous experience of working within large scale transformational work within Disaster Recovery and Identity Access Management would be highly required.

This role is offered on an initial 3 year fixed term contract with a salary of approx $180k + Super. There are also several other benefits including salary packaging options that can increase your overall package.
