Reporting & Data Dashboard Analyst
Parramatta (Hybrid) | 5 month Contract
We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Data Dashboard Analyst to support the development and delivery of high-quality reporting products aligned to outcomes monitoring and reporting framework.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful, high-impact project focused on improving outcomes across the community services sector.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the development of reporting products, dashboards, and supporting data assets
• Coordinating inputs from data suppliers and ensuring data integrity and quality assurance
• Building and maintaining datasets to support reporting on key indicators and outcomes
• Designing clear, insightful dashboards tailored to stakeholder requirements
• Supporting the development of counting rules, reporting logic, metadata, and documentation
• Working collaboratively with cross-agency stakeholders to deliver consistent and accurate reporting
About You
• Strong experience using analytics and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms
• Proven background in data reporting and dashboard development
• The ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights and compelling visualisations
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with government data, social policy, or community sector datasets (desirable)Compliance Requirements
• National Police Check
• Two reference checks (one must be from your current employer)
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
