We are seeking an organised and proactive Client Support & Course Facilitator to play a key role in supporting students, trainers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring the smooth coordination of courses and client services.

We are seeking an organised and proactive Client Support & Course Facilitator to play a key role in supporting students, trainers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring the smooth coordination of courses and client services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone and email enquiries, providing professional client support
- Process enrolments, validate transcripts, and manage invoicing and payment plans
- Coordinate course schedules, trainers, and student records
- Manage student transfers, results, certifications, and course documentation
- Maintain internal systems and databases
- Support reporting, compliance requirements, and general administration
- Assist with course setup and troubleshooting
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (RTO experience highly regarded) or 5+ years in administration
- Strong Microsoft Office and database management skills
- Experience with student management systems preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
