Reception/Office Manager

Temp role - Immediate Start - 2 weeks (Open to WHV)

Full time - Office based in Macquarie Park


Client Details

Our client, a reputable engineering company are searching for a dynamic and proactive Reception/Office Coordinator to support them on a temporary basis. 

What your general day will look like:
  • Greet clients and manage reception area.
  • Meeting room set up and management of catering for meetings
  • Coordninate and manage office events including birthdays/functions etc.
  • Ordering of stationary and general office consumables.
  • Coordinate travel.
  • Typing of confidential information/presentations
Your experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in a varied fast-paced office coordination role. 
  • Solid MS Office experience 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to maintain strong internal networks to enable the efficient coordination and collaboration for solid office support.
