FutureYou have partnered with an industrial business in the recruitment of their new Payroll Manager on a permanent basis.
This role has come about as their long term Payroll Manager has retired so they need a fantastic new replacement!
This role is half BAU and half project based. You will be reporting into the Chief Financial Officer and working very closely with HR. You will be leading a small team of 2 Payroll Officers that are completely self sufficient.

Profile
Please ensure you have experience in team leadership and end to end payroll processing. Ceridian Dayforce is preferable but not essential but you'll need implementation experience.
Job Offer
They are offering $150k + Super approximately however, this can be flexible for the right candidate. They are based on the outskirts of Rhodes in their manufacturing site. They are flexible however, you need to be in office 4 days a week with 1 day a week WFH.

- Day to day management of 2 Payroll Officers
- Hands on payroll processing
- Implementation of Ceridian Dayforce
- Stakeholder management
- Reporting for Finance and HR
- Interpretation of enterprise agreements and awards - blue collar payroll
- All statutory payments such as tax, super and third party payments
