FutureYou have partnered with a medium sized specilaist retail business in the recruitment of their new Payroll Manager on permanent, full time basis.
Having seen a gap in the skillset, this is a newly created role to support the HR and Finance team who have been conducting the payroll themselves until this point. They have implemented their new payroll system and everything is operating perfectly, they just need YOU!
This an incredible role within a business that treat everyone like family. This will be YOUR payroll and you will be working with some wonderful people that will support you every step of the way.
Description
This would suit someone with strong payroll processing experience, someone who knows how to run the show and is ready to take control.
Profile
Please ensure you have end to end processing experience. Everything else can be taught to you!
Job Offer
In return you will receive approximately $100k + Super - this is a stand-alone position however, you will have unlimited support.
They are based in the Parramatta area and offer a flexibly/hybrid working environment.

Description
- End to end processing for 150 people/weekly.
- Interpretation of awards and enterprise agreements.
- Timesheet management.
- All statutory deductions such as tax, PAYG and superannuation.
- Ad hoc project work - just to make sure everything is ticking along perfectly.
- Working closely with HR and Finance.
