Description 

  •  Business lead and subject matter expert for all paid media channels.
  •  Lead media planning and implementation across channels/campaigns to meet business objectives
  •  Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, and Data teams, as well as media agencies, recommendations on plans and creative to ensure best practise .
  •  Engage and lead media agencies.
  • Own the Market Mix Model and uncover media opportunities and audience insights.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on media campaigns and strategies, competitive media and activities, including evaluations and recommendations for optimisation and refinement.
  • Provide proactive thought leadership (e.g. innovation, competitive assessments, external benchmarking, etc.) for campaign planning and reporting.
  • Lead the planning and execution of omni-channel partnerships program to drive new customer acquisition, in line with the partnerships strategy.
  • Manage the planning, execution of, and reporting on affiliate activity with agency , engaging with Senior Marketing Manager and Performance + Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment.
  • Manage and monitor Salesforce promotions as well as corporate promotions, including setup, monitoring and performing.
  • Budget management and reporting for all paid media campaigns.
Profile

You have managed multi-million dollar annual budgets for campaigns with a focus on driving revenue and business growth. you have strong project management & organisational skills.  Highly desired will be experience in managing brand partnerships. exposure to client side environments and / or high pace agency environments. If you are a proactive, flexible and self-motivated media manager who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment and enjoys seeing your direct impact on business objectives across media campaigns and effective brand partnerships you will thrive in this position.
