Description
- Oversee and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and explore emerging platforms for increased exposure.
- Build, monitor, and optimise paid search and customer acquisition campaigns to ensure KPIs and targets are met.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, budget pacing, and ensure alignment with monthly budget caps.
- Build and maintain targeted audience segments to enhance media ad campaign effectiveness.
- Utilise Google Analytics to generate comprehensive reports, understand the customer journey, and provide insights to improve the user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with SEO teams for better keyword alignment and optimise content for SEO.
- Develop paid social campaigns on various platforms, adhering to the budget, brand, and standards.
- Conduct audience, placement, and platform research to inform paid social strategies.
- Collaborate with the organic social team to ensure strategic alignment across channels.
Profile
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and other social media advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with audience research and segmentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
