- Accelerate revenue growth across the café and wholesale channels
- Deepen relationships and expand enterprise and contract accounts
- Lead tenders, proposals, and major commercial negotiations
- Shape and execute sales strategies that grow revenue, market share, and brand impact
- Unlock new opportunities through targeted market development and channel expansion
- Oversee production quality, operational efficiency, and facility performance
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Hold full P&L accountability and deliver strong financial outcomes
- Ensure WHS compliance and maintain a safe, well-run, high-performing operation
